had the queen room and it was modern and bright where cleaning supplies are kept. this hotel was located in a central area very close to the nearest train station or bus route as well as downtown. popped in billy goat tavern for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.

As for me, the location was good and excellent, just off restaurants within a 30-minute walk as well as the West Loop. The place had a COSY atmosphere.

The room was small and clean, but the air conditioning was very dirty.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a secure area, near to United Center, downtown and hospitals.

Neat and updated room which had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The location was ideal, just a pleasant stroll away from Wndr Museum. This hotel was set in a safe area.

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff

I had an very nice time! The front desk staff were helpful. The room's design was striking, and the quiet neighborhood offered a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Don't miss the complimentary coffee and tea-they're a nice touch for solo travelers!

My kids wished there were more entertainment options. A game room or pool would really enhance the experience for families with children.

The stay was mainly for attending a concert nearby, which was convenient. The room was clean and quiet. Parking was a hassle, with only limited options available. Despite this, the helpfulness of the staff made up for it, especially when one of them helped me search for a free spot outside.

Perfect for a Family with children

The staff was friendly and cute. One afternoon, they had a playlist playing with our favorite NCT 127 songs , made my kids so happy, like they were at a mini concert in the lobby.

Not exactly a bargain but for what we got it was worth it.

Had a cozy stay with clean facilities and a comfy room featuring a fridge and microwave. The free breakfast snacks were a good surprise, and parking was super convenient.

The location here was just spot on for me! Super close to the Pitchfork festival, stadium, public transport, and the city center - made getting around a breeze 😊. the staff was always quick to help and pay attention whenever I needed anything, which was awesome.

Our group easily walked to the United Center for a Bulls game. Plus, mornings were perfect for jogging along the scenic nearby park. Rooms were clean, and the location was super convenient. Just a heads up, parking can be tight, so arrive early if driving. It was a solid choice for a fun getaway.

One small downer was the bedspread in our original room. It had a noticeable stain, made us request a change, but the front desk staff was a bit annoyed by our request. Moving rooms was a hassle, even though the next comforter was fine.
